When a troubled actor living in his ex-wife’s garage hits rock bottom, he and his mysterious Nigerian agent begin sneaking him into roles on reality television. And while he might be in disguise, that’s when we begin to learn the truth.

How to Look Like… is a laugh-out-loud-awkward 1/2 hour-ish comedy series centering around an aspiring actor (RANDY), his ex-wife-slash-landlord (KATE), her longtime fiancé and Randy’s new sidekick (GENE), and their functionally dysfunctional family dynamic.

Determined to catch his big break (and subconsciously move on from himself and his past), Randy spends his daily life “in character” as a kaleidoscope of people other than himself – a socially-incompatible peculiarity that all but assures he'll never actually find work acting.

Yet at rock bottom, while scouring his junk email folder, Randy finds an unorthodox actor’s agent in Nigeria (OLU) who vows to get him “on TV.” Although we soon discover that means mysteriously sneaking Randy into "roles" the only place that won't see him coming… reality television! But how will this “family” deal with with Randy’s odd form of success?
